The white rum from the Embargo range is actually briefly aged, leading to a very pale golden hue and a touch of warming oak-y spice on the palate. It’s made using a blend of rum and rhum agricole from Guatemala, Trinidad & Tobago, Martinique and Cuba. Should do well in cocktails without changing the drinks colour, which is handy.
